Employment
“I believe our work is to stand beside the children, not in front of them, or behind them, but at their side and to accompany the children in their discoveries about life and the world. To highlight their differences and their subjectivities trying to give value to their thoughts, their ideas and their theories.”
Carla Rinaldi, Director of the Municipal Infant and Toddler and Preschool Centers in Reggio Emilia, Italy

At Parker River Community Preschool, our mission and values are the foundation for our quality preschool education. We seek to employ teachers and staff members who wholeheartedly embrace these values and transcend them across all aspects of their lives.

In joining PRCP, you will be joining a community of teachers, parents, and children who passionately share the same ideals about early childhood education. Teachers work as a team to put our values, mission, and curriculum philosophy into practice each day.

Teachers are held to high standards and are expected to constantly engage in areas of new growth as educators. As with the children’s individual gifts, teachers’ individual gifts are celebrated and we encourage teachers to share special skills and hobbies with our program.
